Student Fellowship Opportunity- LABS (Laboratory Assistant Biology Stipend)- $1,500 award available for exceptional students select to work as lab assistants at Fran U

Responsibilities

1. Attend lab skills training sessions
2. Perform ~100 hours per semester of laboratory duties (cleaning, stocking, maintenance, etc.)
3. Regularly meet with (and report to) assigned faculty mentor and/or laboratory coordinator
4. Participate in lab safety training and strictly adhere to lab safety procedures
5. Opportunity to participate in an undergraduate research project

Requirements

1. Undergraduate or Post-Baccalaurete Graduate student at FranU
2. Registered in classes during the current (Fall 2025) semester
3. Enrollment in or completion of CHEM 1315L, BIOL 1315L/BIOL 1415, and BIOL 2325L (or equivalent)
