Under the direction of the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director of Enrollment Operations serves on the Enrollment Leadership Team and oversees the daily operations of the Enrollment Division. This includes administration of the University鈥檚 Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, Technolutions Slate and its integration with the Student Information System (SIS), Ellucian Colleague.
The Director is responsible for managing data entry, application processing, communication flow, bulk messaging and admissions funnel reporting. This role includes training and supervision of enrollment operations staff and ensuring efficient and accurate data management across systems.
In collaboration with the Enrollment Leadership Team, the Director also shares responsibility for planning, coordinating and participating in campus visit programs and related recruitment activities to help build a representative applicant pool and achieve enrollment goals.

- Mission Advancement
- Actively engage the Catholic and Franciscan mission and identity of the University by modeling Franciscan values, promoting justice for the communities we serve and integrating Catholic and Franciscan intellectual traditions in services and programs.
- Strategic Enrollment Operations and Application Management
- Oversee the processing, review and reading of applications.
- Maintain and enhance policies, procedures and cross-training for the enrollment division to ensure efficient, accurate handling of applications and supporting documents.
- Supervision and Team Development
- Supervise the CRM Administrator and Enrollment Operations Specialist.
- Promote cross-training, professional development and collaboration within the enrollment operations team.
- Data-Driven Practices and Market Analysis
- Assist in analyzing market research to benchmark peer institutions.
- Research best admissions practices and collaborate with the Enrollment Leadership team to implement strategies that support FranU鈥檚 enrollment goals.
- Technology and CRM Optimization
- Maintain policies and processes related to CRM use in admissions
- Assist in developing new tools and enhancements to improve application processing, communication and reporting.
- Collaboration and Strategic Support
- Collaborate with Enrollment Leadership on strategic direction, marketing, recruitment efforts and the execution of new initiatives.
- Participate in the development of the annual recruitment plan and track success metrics.
- Franciscan Program Liaison and Scholarship Transition
- Serve as the Enrollment Division鈥檚 primary liaison to the Franciscan Peer Leader program.
- Recruitment Travel and Campus Visit Support
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in recruitment travel and providing campus tours as needed to enhance prospective student engagement.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance the effectiveness of enrollment operations and support broader institutional objectives.
- Other Duties as Assigned
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet evolving University needs.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Higher Education Admissions and Recruiting
