At FranU, our accelerated programs are designed for students eager to advance their education in a shorter time frame. These fast-track pathways allow you to get a head start in your career while saving time and money. Whether you're interested in business, nursing or physical therapy, our accelerated programs provide a rigorous and rewarding education that prepares you for success.
FranU’s Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program allows students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree in a field other than nursing to earn a BSN degree in 16-months, following completion of required prerequisites. Besides traditional in-classroom learning, students in the accelerated nursing program will take clinical ABSN courses that provide real-world experience that will help them develop communication, teamwork, critical thinking, empathy and professionalism skills.
FranU’s 3+2 Physician Assistant Studies Pathway allows you to earn your master’s degree in physician assistant studies in two years or less instead of the traditional three. The multidisciplinary curriculum equips you with a solid knowledge base in biology, chemistry, human anatomy, physiology and other disciplines.
FranU’s Accelerated 3 + 3 Pathway to DPT Studies allows you to attain your bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in just six years — one year earlier than standard programs.
In the first three years of the program, you focus on undergraduate courses in the biology major, including the prerequisites for FranU’s DPT program. Advanced professional courses start in the fourth year if you have reached the academic benchmarks for guaranteed admission. The final two years help prepare you for the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
FranU’s Online MHA Direct Entry pathway allows you to begin graduate coursework for a Master of Health Administration while completing your undergraduate degree.
FranU's Expedited Entry FNP pathway is designed for those currently enrolled in a BSN nursing program or have graduated from a BSN program within the past year.
The curriculum combines the necessary specialized knowledge with hands-on training through online courses and hybrid learning formats. Students cover classwork in three years and earn real-world experience by completing 750 hours of clinical practicums in a wide variety of healthcare settings. By the time they graduate, they feel prepared to sit for the certifying examination and work as highly qualified advanced practice nurses.
