April Graham, PTA, MEd
Director, PTA Program

Mrs. Graham received her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Biological Sciences from LSU-BR in May of 2007. She is also a former graduate of the FranU PTA Program. She obtained her Master's in Education from LSU-Shreveport in the Spring of 2024. She completed her Certification of Hybrid Learning from Evidence in Motion Spring 2025. Prior to her arrival to 青青草视频, Mrs. Graham worked for more than five years in the orthopedic outpatient setting before venturing into a variety of settings such as skilled nursing facilities, in-patient rehabilitation and acute care. In her free time, she enjoys activities with her family, teaching dance and trying new food recipes. Mrs. Graham鈥檚 teaching responsibilities include, Human Development, Introduction to Patient Care, Clinical Science II and IV and Pathophysiology.

Jessica Otis, PT, DPT
Director, PTA Clinical Education (DCE)

Dr. Jessica Otis obtained her B.S. in Psychology from Millsaps College in 2010. Continuing her education, she holds a DPT from LSU Health Science in New Orleans, LA . Prior to her arrival to 青青草视频, Dr. Otis gained extensive understanding of the continuum of PT care with clinical practice in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings. Dr. Otis is certified in Dry Needling and has additional knowledge in leadership, neurological care, orthopedics and inter-disciplinary coordination. In her free time, Dr. Otis is involved in the New Orleans soccer community to promote opportunities for engagement and physical activity.

Jill Stewart, MPT, BS
PTA Part-time Faculty

Jill holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Sciences. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care in a Level One Trauma Center, long term care, in-patient rehab and most recently, with severe and profound children in the public school system. Jill is an adjunct instructor for the PTA program teaching PTAP 2720 Clinical Science I, PTAP 2310 Functional Anatomy and Kinesiology Lab, and lab assistant for Clinical Science II. She and her husband, Russell, have 3 grown boys and 4 grandchildren.
