Dr. Susan Brigman earned degrees in Psychology (B.A. from University of Oklahoma), Counseling (M.Ed. from Oklahoma City University), and Cognitive Developmental Psychology (Ph.D. from Louisiana State University). She serves as director of the psychology program and primarily teaches developmental psychology across the lifespan. Dr. Brigman鈥檚 research focus is cognitive aging, specifically normative, age-related memory changes and the social cognitive construct of ageism.

Dr. Michael Dreznick grew up in New York City, and earned his Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology and English at the University of Buffalo, and Ph.D. in Personality and Social Psychology from the University of Albany. He teaches courses within the Sociocultural Domain, such as Social Psychology, Personality, and Group Dynamics. His research interests include deception in interpersonal relationships and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Dreznick has also served as the Chair of the Institutional Review Board at FranU since 2007.
