Elaine Purdy, PhD
Program Director

Dr. Elaine Purdy is Associate Professor and Program Director, Master Health Administration at 青青草视频.

Prior to joining Franciscan University, Dr. Purdy held various positions at Vanderbilt and Louisiana State University. She served as Director of Customer Relations and Quality Performance Improvement for Patient Access Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and as Director of Recreation and faculty member in the Department of Kinesiology.

Dr. Purdy鈥檚 educational background includes a bachelor鈥檚 and master in education from Northeast Louisiana State University, an MBA degree from Tulane and a doctorate in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University.

Angelette M. Evans, MPS, DBA
Instructor, Master of Health Administration
Dr. Angelette M. Evans is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in health informatics, service and provider strategy, business planning and project management. She is passionate about transforming health systems to address stakeholder and community needs through innovative, data-driven solutions.

A relationship-focused leader, Dr. Evans excels in fostering long-term partnerships with executives, physicians and community leaders to drive engagement and align strategic initiatives. Her expertise includes market analysis, research and program evaluation, leveraging organizational capabilities to meet evolving healthcare demands. Dr. Evans has successfully led initiatives spanning outpatient and ancillary services, population-based managed care, insurance and post-acute care, consistently delivering measurable results.

Dr. Evans holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Health Administration from Northcentral University and a master鈥檚 degree in Public Service Management with a focus on health law and policy from DePaul University. Her professional interests include leadership development, business process improvement, operational excellence and advancing health policy to address disparities.

Nicole S. Huff, DHA, MBA, CHC, CHSP
Instructor, Master of Health Administration

Dr. Huff has more than 20 years of healthcare history driving achievement in the areas of corporate compliance programs, financial accounting, corporate governance, financial statement analysis, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, auditing, earnings management as well as operational improvement and cost containment. Her professional healthcare experiences include working for organizations such as managed care, multi-health systems, community hospitals, behavioral health, and physician practice management.

Dr. Huff also earned a doctor of health administration degree from Central Michigan University. Her doctoral research was on African American breast cancer survivors. An alumnus of Loyola University of Chicago and University of Dallas, she obtained a BBA in accounting and MBA in healthcare administration, respectively. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Health Safety Professional (CHSP) and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). She resides in Allentown, Pennsylvania with her two children.
