The course will provide an overview of key supply chain management processes, concepts, and methodologies. Emphasis is placed on three primary areas of supply chain management including: Procurement, Operations, and Logistics. Students will gain an understanding of the SCOR Model for Supply Chain Management, and they will be able to explain and make basic supply chain decisions upon completion of the course.
